Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TH777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and TH777 ("TH777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at th777-jit.com. These Terms apply to all use of TH777's website, mobile site, applications and all services offered therein.

Clause 1.1

Agreement on Registration

By completing TH777's registration process, clicking "I Agree", or by simply using any feature of the TH777 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use TH777.

Clause 1.2

Supplementary Policies

These Terms should be read alongside TH777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and TH777. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific product or promotion rule, the specific rule takes precedence for that product or promotion only.

Clause 1.3

Language of Agreement

These Terms are provided in English (en-PK). In the event of any dispute arising from a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall be the definitive reference. TH777 customer support is available in both English and Urdu to assist Pakistani players in understanding any part of these Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Registration

Clause 2.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any bet on TH777. TH777 takes this requirement seriously. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification. TH777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

Clause 2.2

One Account Per Player

Each person may hold only one TH777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, CNIC numbers, email addresses or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. TH777 uses identity verification checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any balances consolidated and reviewed before any payout is made.

Clause 2.3

Identity Verification (CNIC)

TH777 requires all players to complete identity verification using their Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) before processing any withdrawal. Verification requires a clear photograph of the front and back of your CNIC and a recent selfie. TH777 processes most verifications within 60 minutes. Providing false identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

Clause 2.4

Accurate Information

All registration information you provide to TH777 must be accurate, complete and up to date. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and your payment account details. Inaccurate information may result in account suspension and delayed or cancelled withdrawals.

Section 3

Account Security

Clause 3.1

Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your TH777 account credentials. Your password must not be shared with any other person. TH777 will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

Clause 3.2

Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your TH777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact TH777 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp. TH777 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised transactions pending investigation.

Security Tip: TH777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account from the security settings. Players with 2FA enabled benefit from faster withdrawal processing and enhanced account protection against unauthorised access.

Section 4

Deposits & Payments

TH777 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, bonuses and withdrawals are denominated in PKR with no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction.

Clause 4.1

Deposit Ownership

All payment methods used to deposit into your TH777 account must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your TH777 account as verified by your CNIC. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the relevant account reviewed for compliance.

Clause 4.2

Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their TH777 account settings. Once a deposit limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

Clause 4.3

Failed Deposits

If a deposit fails to appear in your TH777 wallet within the expected processing time, contact TH777 support with your payment reference number. TH777 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours. TH777 is not responsible for delays caused by payment network outages outside our control.

Section 5

Withdrawals

Clause 5.1

Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed CNIC identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and bet but cannot process any withdrawal until identity verification is complete. TH777 processes most verifications within 60 minutes of document submission.

Clause 5.2

Processing Times

TH777 targets the following withdrawal processing times:

Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 15 minutes for standard accounts; under 5 minutes for Platinum and Diamond VIP members
NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 30 minutes
IBFT Bank Transfer: 2–6 hours on business days
Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

TH777 does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside TH777's control.

Clause 5.3

Withdrawal to Same Method

TH777 requires withdrawals to be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, TH777 support will guide you through the alternative withdrawal verification process.

Clause 5.4

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount from a TH777 account is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in standard standing, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification checks as part of TH777's anti-money-laundering procedures.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

Important: All bonuses credited to your TH777 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Always read the individual promotion terms on the Promotions page before claiming any bonus.

Clause 6.1

Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The TH777 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus. Abuse of the welcome bonus — including registering multiple accounts to claim it more than once — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and bonuses forfeited.

Clause 6.2

Wagering Requirements

Unless specified otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all TH777 bonuses is 30× the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 (for sports) or on excluded games (for casino) do not count towards wagering requirements. Any bonus balance remaining after the wagering period expires will be removed automatically.

Clause 6.3

VIP Club Cashback

VIP Club cashback payments are credited as real money (not bonus money) and carry no wagering requirement. They are calculated on net losses in the qualifying period and paid every Monday. Full VIP Club terms are available on the VIP Club page.

Clause 6.4

Bonus Abuse

TH777 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing bets designed to cover all outcomes simultaneously, placing low-risk qualifying bets followed by high-risk bonus bets, or coordinating multiple accounts to exploit the same promotion.

Section 7

Sports Betting Rules

Clause 7.1

Acceptance of Bets

TH777 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet without explanation. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification in the TH777 bet slip. Bets placed after a match has started due to a technical delay in live odds feed will be voided and stakes returned.

Clause 7.2

Abandoned and Void Matches

If a match or event is abandoned before the point required for settlement — for cricket, at least one complete innings for match winner markets — all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a D/L method result is officially declared by the relevant governing body (for cricket, this means the ICC or the domestic board running the event), TH777 will settle on that result. Live in-play markets already settled at the time of abandonment will stand.

Clause 7.3

Obvious Pricing Errors

TH777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error — for example, where a cricket match winner market was showing 50.0 for a strong favourite due to a data feed error. In all such cases, TH777 will contact affected players and offer to replace the bet at the correct odds or return the stake in full.

Clause 7.4

Accumulator Settlement

Accumulator bets are settled as each leg resolves. Where a leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the overall odds are recalculated accordingly. The remaining legs continue to stand. The minimum payout on any TH777 accumulator is Rs 10.

Clause 7.5

PSL-Specific Rules

Pakistan Super League (PSL) betting at TH777 follows the same general sports betting rules with the following additions: match winner markets require a minimum of 10 overs per team for ODI-format PSL matches to constitute a valid result; reduced-over contests settled under D/L are accepted as official results; abandoned PSL matches due to security concerns or venue changes after the toss will be settled as void.

Section 8

Casino & Games Rules

Clause 8.1

RNG Certification

All TH777 casino games, fishing games and virtual sports results are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited to ensure all outcomes are genuinely random and unaffected by external factors including bet size, player identity or game history. Certification documentation is available on request.

Clause 8.2

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction or technical failure during play, the affected game round will be voided and any stake returned to your wallet. Clause 8.3

Virtual Sports Specifics

Virtual sports events at TH777 are computer-simulated and results are determined entirely by the RNG system. The advertised event frequency (approximately every 3 minutes) is the normal operating schedule — TH777 does not guarantee continuous event availability in the event of maintenance or technical issues, but targets minimum downtime of under 10 minutes for any scheduled maintenance window.

Section 9

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TH777. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place or manage bets
Match-fixing, collusion or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event on which bets are placed
Using TH777 for money laundering or attempting to disguise the origin of funds
Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to generate a financial advantage, rather than reporting them to TH777 support
Providing false identity documents during the verification process
Using payment methods registered to someone other than yourself
Selling, transferring or purchasing TH777 accounts
Any form of harassment or abusive behaviour directed at TH777 staff or other players

Section 10

Account Suspension & Closure

Clause 10.1

TH777's Right to Suspend

TH777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe a player has breached these Terms. In all cases of suspension, TH777 will investigate and communicate the outcome to the player via their registered email or mobile number within 5 business days.

Clause 10.2

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your TH777 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure is finalised. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, TH777 encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool on the Responsible Gaming page, which provides additional protections and cannot be reversed without a mandatory cooling-off period.

Intellectual Property

Clause 12.1

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any TH777 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of TH777 branding or content will be treated as infringement and pursued accordingly.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

Clause 13.1

Service Availability

TH777 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. TH777's total liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the net balance held in that player's account at the time of the claim.

Clause 13.2

Betting Decisions

All betting decisions are made solely by you. TH777 provides odds and markets as information only — nothing on the TH777 platform constitutes betting advice or a recommendation to place any specific bet. TH777 is not responsible for any financial loss arising from your betting decisions.

Section 14

Privacy & Data

Clause 14.1

Data Collection and Use

TH777 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to TH777 processing your personal data — including CNIC details, transaction history and game activity — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. Amendments to Terms

Clause 15.1

Right to Amend

TH777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-site notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
